"If the desire to write is not accoompanied by actual writing then the desire is not to write."
"Doing is the test of Being."
Some food for thought.

As I was driving home from work today I heard a review about a book that I am very excited to read. It is called Prophetic Untimeliness by Os Guiness. As I listened to the review I felt my heart getting excited.
In a time where I feel like the church and the leaders in it continue to try and "reinvent" the church, try to find out what the "new kind of Christian" looks like, and how to make the church relevant in this modern day, I am excited to read about how OS feels like we become more irrelevant.
The church is the Lord's to revive, not ours to reinvent.

well, my allergies have taken over my life.
Seriously my head is so stuffed I do feel like I might explode.
I never really started having allergies until the past 2 years and now it's like totally out of control.
Ahhh, may this snot be gone soon!!

"CHARM is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30
In the past couple of days I have been thinking a lot about the word CHARM/CHARMING.
What does a charming woman look like?
What are some characteristics of a charming woman?
I have a friend, she is a single gal and has never really had a relationship before. She is the type of gal who when a male would first meet her I would venture to say MOST would be attracted to her, she's nice looking, dresses well, seemingly loves/fears the Lord. In fact, I know that most guys who have met my friend have had a crush on her at various times. My husband claims that the reason most males are initially attracted to my friend is because she is CHARMING. This got me to thinking....
How would you describe a charming woman??
I am interested in your thoughts.
Thanks for your help.
P.S. for all of you reading this trying to figure out what friend I am referring too.....you don't know her!!!
